What Conduct does
CON-duct
What you do.
Your character in motion. The standard you set just by being in the room.

The Core Belief
The AND is not a compromise.
We live in a world that wants you to choose. Pick a lane. Stay in your box. Conduct rejects that entirely. The most powerful leaders aren't powerful despite their range — they're powerful because of it.
CON-duct
What you do. How you show up. Your actions, your culture, your character in motion. The invisible standard you set just by being present — not rules, not compliance, but the living expression of who you are as a leader.
con-DUCT
How you lead. How you move others. Direction, strategy, orchestration. The ability to transmit energy through a system — to take a room full of individual talent and move it toward something unified, something that couldn't exist without the direction.
Work With Me

Whether you're an individual ready for your next act or a leader navigating what AI means for your field — we start where you are and build the score together.
For Educators · Career Transition
Conducting Your Next Act
For teachers and arts professionals who know they are more than their current role — and need a strategic partner to see their full range, translate it into language that lands, and lead from all of it into what's next.
For Arts Leaders · AI Strategy
What Only You Can Do
For music educators, arts administrators, and master musicians navigating what AI means for their field — with a guide who speaks both the artistic and enterprise language fluently, and has lived on both sides of the AND.
Beth Philemon · Founder, Conduct
Analytical rigor. Artistic instinct.
We bring both — the MBA thinking, the GTM frameworks, the data-driven instinct, and the conductor's ear, the performer's presence, the educator's patience. A partner who has lived the AND, not just theorized it.
About Beth
Conductor. Strategist. Both. On purpose.
I spent 15 years on the podium learning that the best leaders don't just direct — they transmit. That's the same energy I bring to strategy, consulting, and the people I work with.
I hold an MM in Choral Conducting and an MBA. I've built a subscription education platform, led $65M+ product portfolios, and launched innovation service lines at large enterprise technology companies. The skills translate — because they were never that different.
What others say
Beth has an uncanny ability to see the full picture of who you are and what you're capable of, then translate that into a strategic path forward. She speaks the language of both artistry and business fluently.
